Move In Truck: The free move in truck is available for you to use within the first 2 weeks of your rental. Please give us at least 24 hours of notice before you would like to use the truck to make sure it is available. There is an 80 mile limit and you refuel the truck when you are finished. We use a lockbox to secure the key so when you’re done you’ll be able to park and relock it. Please email a copy of your driver's license and insurance card to support@meadowlarkstorage.com along with the day and time you'd like to use the truck. We'll confirm availability and get you the combination for the truck. Payments: You can set up AutoPay or make payments on our website or by calling 262-483-0807. We prefer you set up autopay with ACH or Credit/ Debit Card so you’ll never miss a payment or get a late fee. Gate Code: For our locations with a gate (not Port), you will need your Gate Code to enter and exit the facility. The gate code format is *00000#. Please be sure to use the * and #. Free Lock: There is a lock and set of keys in your unit. We don’t have a keys to your lock, so please be careful to not lose the keys! You’re welcome to use any lock you’d like. We like to provide one initially. Snow Plowing: We plow the facility after each snowfall and salt as needed. If there is a blizzard please be patient as plowing will take longer; normally within the day but up to 1 or 2 days during a blizzaed. Moving Out: Most storage facilities require a 30 day notice; we only require 14 days. Please provide at least 14 days move-out notice prior to the end of the month you would like to vacate. Example: For the month of June you would need to provide move out notice by June 15th to not be responsible for July’s rent.
